Smart Saver Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Loansmart Limited, Level 18, 55 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. For promotion enquiries, contact Chris Andrew at chris@loansmart.co.nz
2. Promotion period
Entries open on 14 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm on 7 December 2026. All times are New Zealand time. Entries received outside this period do not qualify.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Loansmart Limited and Digital Stream, and their immediate families (partners, parents, children and siblings), are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form on the Smart Saver campaign landing page during the promotion period. Provide your full name, email address and city, choose what is on your mind, answer the matching question, and consent to receive Loansmart’s weekly Smart Saver emails.
The questions are:
- Paying off debt or credit cards: What would you do with an extra $200 a week?
- A big purchase or project: What would you do with an extra $10,000?
Only entries submitted through the campaign landing page qualify. Signing up through Loansmart’s standard website forms does not enter you in the draw.
5. Entry limits and cost
One entry per person. Entries with a duplicate email address will be rejected. If you already receive our newsletter, you can still enter, but you must submit an entry through the campaign landing page.
Loansmart may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent, automated, made under a false identity or otherwise in breach of these terms. This includes more than one entry from the same person using different email addresses. If a winner is disqualified, the prize will be redrawn using the method in clause 7.
No purchase, payment, enquiry, loan application or financial advice relationship is required to enter or win. Making an enquiry, applying for a loan, receiving advice, being approved for a loan or the amount borrowed does not affect eligibility or improve an entrant’s chance of winning.
6. Prizes
Five winners will each receive one meat pack valued at NZ$300. The total prize value is NZ$1,500.
If the product or its delivery is unavailable, Loansmart may substitute a similar prize of equal value, such as another brand of meat pack or supermarket vouchers.
Delivery is to urban addresses only. For winners outside delivery areas, we will arrange pickup from a rural collection point.
7. Prize draw
Five different winners will be drawn at random from all valid, eligible entries on 10 December 2026. Winners are selected by a random number generator from an export of all valid entries. The draw is screen-recorded and witnessed by two Loansmart staff.
Answers to the qualifying questions are used to understand entrants’ interests and tailor email content. They are not judged and do not affect the chance of winning.
8. Winner notification and claims
Winners will be notified by email on the day of the draw, at the address supplied at entry, and asked for their full delivery details.
Winners must supply these details within 21 days of notification, by 31 December 2026, or the prize is forfeited. If delivery details are still outstanding, Loansmart will send reminder emails seven and fourteen days after the first notification.
Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on 5 January 2027 from the remaining eligible entries, using the same method. Replacement winners will be notified by email and will have 21 days to supply their delivery details.
9. Weekly emails
Entry includes subscribing to Loansmart’s weekly Smart Saver emails. Consent is requested clearly on the entry form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing from the Smart Saver emails after you enter does not affect your entry in the draw.
10. Personal information
Loansmart collects entrants’ names, email addresses, cities, selected interests and written answers to run the promotion, send the weekly emails and tailor relevant content.
Written answers may be combined with other responses and used anonymously in content, reporting and publicity. Entrants will not be identified through those responses.
Only winners will be asked for delivery details. These are used to deliver the prize, shared with fulfilment providers only as needed, and deleted once the packs have been delivered.
If you win, we may publish your first name and city in the Smart Saver email announcing the winners and on our social media channels.

11. Acceptance
By submitting an entry, entrants agree to these terms and conditions. Loansmart’s decision on any matter relating to the promotion is final. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand law.
